WAYMARKS:

The stage starts crossing the village of Torriglia going uphill along the provincial road (SP62) for 2 km; after going through the Buffalora tunnel, we turn immediately right on a small tarred road which then turns into a dirt one after a while.
In less than two hours, we reach Colle delle Lavagnola, where we take a mule track on our right and follow the indication AVML (Alta Via Monti Liguri) towards Passo della Scoffera. We reach the place called Colla dei Rossi (m 846 sl) and continue until we cross the SP20 route. At this crossroad, we turn left and follow the indication AVML (on the right), we arrive at Monte Castelluzzo and going through a beautiful chestnut woods, first Monte Pertegone and then Croce di Bragalla. We reach the road that takes us to S. Alberto (m 695 sl), where we will find the bar/restaurant “Rosabruna” where we can have a break.
In less than two hours, we reach Colle delle Lavagnola, where we take a mule track on our right and follow the indication AVML (Alta Via Monti Liguri) towards Passo della Scoffera. We reach the place called Colla dei Rossi (m 846 sl) and continue until we cross the SP20 route. At this crossroad, we turn left and follow the indication AVML (on the right), we arrive at Monte Castelluzzo and going through a beautiful chestnut woods, first Monte Pertegone and then Croce di Bragalla. We reach the road that takes us to S. Alberto (m 695 sl), where we will find the bar/restaurant “Rosabruna” where we can have a break.

On the left side of the restaurant starts the trail marked by blue dots and a red cross. We follow this trail to Monte Bado and Colle della Speranza, then we turn right towards Case Becco.
The Trail goes through meddows practically a flat course until we meet up with the SP Monte Fasce route (Fascie in the Istituto Geografico Militare cartography).
At the tarred road we turn left and go through Case Cornua (m 630 sl) and we continue along the provincal road until we come to a little church of the Alpini. Along this route we can enjoy a spectacular view of the Ligurian Sea.
We continue downhill on a tarred road, after about 30mins we arrive at the hamlet of Colle Caprile (m 481 sl), which brings us to the end of this stage.
